What is a Pre-Employment Transition Services consent form?

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Pre-ETS program helps students prepare for life after high school. It offers services like job exploration, work-based learning, and counseling to help them develop the skills they need for success in the workforce.

These services were developed in partnership with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
